The Heirloom Sisters pride ourselves on having a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that a customer is unhappy with the quality of their order, he or she may return the artwork for a full refund or a replacement product . For custom orders, the customer will have the opportunity to preview the product once it is completed and before it is shipped. The customer is required to let us know of any desired changes at that time. Once the customer approves a product a refund will not be given unless the product is damaged during the shipping process.  In the event that a product is delayed on our end due to unforeseen circumstances and the customer no longer needs the artwork due to the delay, a full refund will be issued to the customer upon return of the product. 

 

Event Cancellation Policy

 We will do our best to reschedule private events in a timely manner. If an event is cancelled without rescheduling, a full refund will be given if cancelled 10 or more days before the event. There is a $50 non refundable fee if an event is cancelled within 9 days and not rescheduled.
